Please urge your local Assemblymember to support A1019, sponsored by Assemblymember Aileen Gunther. The bill creates the NYS Women's Suffrage 100th Anniversary Commemoration Committee and has already passed the Senate where it was sponsored by Senator Betty Little. The Commission will provide state-wide coordination for the 100th Anniversary of Women's Suffrage and will allow New York State to properly celebrate this historic milestone. Thank you for supporting this important initiative and thanks to Senator Little and Assemblymember Gunther for leading the charge!
