Putnam County Museum3410310000340We have fewer than 250 members.

Washington Crossing Historic Park4613Still figuring. Charged $17.76 per participant for partner program with local college - 13 kids, unsure of ultimate revenue001030Have quite a few of these developed but we're waiting to debut them in 2021 - i.e. have an asynchronous virtual student/teacher program, but it's not on the website yet. Have 3 virtual synchronous student/teacher virtual programs, testing 1 in 2021. Also did non-virtual hands-on programs (Camp in a Box) that were extremely successful. Keep in mind as well that during shutdown (March-June) our state organization (DCNR) would not allow us to do any videos or virtual programs for fear that "it would make people think we were open and come to the park"
9
Dumbarton House 723312791510672443This includes school field trips, GS programs, adult public programs, and volunteer enrichment opportunities - all virtual, most of them free. We have two staff members working on producing these programs (and leading most of them as well). We are also the headquarters of the NSCDA but I did not include attendance numbers for NSCDA-member only events.
10
Sing Sing Prison Museum 77750300140Our programs began in the summer this year when we launched a webinar series. Our work with students have been in private Zoom lectures we were invited to attend by teachers.

U.S. Botanic Garden132620004 (piloting virtual fieldtrips)130850Attendance is logins for synchronous programming, not individuals. Asynchronous programming data is not currently available. The 132 programs number includes asynchronous programming not accounted for in other areas of this spreadsheet, including cooking demo videos, art demo videos, and concert videos. We did offer two paid workshops for adults, but they were run through our friends organization (Friends of the U.S. Botanic Garden). The USBG cannot generate revenue from programs. Most all of our onilne programs are free. We also pivoted to a virtual version of our Hands On Plant Science camp this past summer, where we partnered with a local organization with support from our friends organization. That is also not represented in this spreadsheet. We plan to continue to provide online programs in the future (in some way shape or form) once we are back to 'normal'. We had not previously offered online programming prior to the COVID pandemic. If you have followup questions, feel free to email me: erhoads@aoc.gov.

Indiana Historical Society1183952~$75002475766In general, our numbers are for individuals. We are as accurte as we can be. We have mostly been doing donation model virtual programming. Our school-based programs during Covid have been by request. We have been piloting some ways to do virtual field trips for our living history exhibits. We have done some paid programming with mixed results. We had not previously done virtual programming before Covid, but will now be incorporated into our regularly scheduled programming. We are also looking at developing additional on-demand content that can be used for youth and students. We've primarily been using Zoom and have played with recorded content streamed to Facebook and live content streamed to Facebook and Youtube. Feel free to email me if you would like any additional followup: bhrachovec@indianahistory.org

Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum
43107818004300070We have offered a few free sessions but we have increased our distance learning from 7 programs for the entire year last year to about 25 for the fall semester. We switched distance learning providers and our reach to other states is increasing significantly. Our numbers are reflected as each individual student in the sessions. We haven't offered recordings just yet but hope to soon.

Lacey Museum42720000000Virtual programs attendance slightly higher than in-person. We are looking at expanding the offerings.
15
Slater Memorial Museum410002060040We are one of two museum sin the country affiliated with a high school. We have created several videos of our regular curriculum-based lecture/tours that teachers can access via our portal. We created a virtual tour, plus a 3-D virtual exhibition of some of the plaster casts. In addition, we continue to develop further video tours. We are not charging for any because we fell we won't get attendance and we'd rather have people have a good experience and visit when they d

A few notes:
- We are a small museum (staff of 2 full time)
- **We count attendance by household (which we define as 4 people) for live programs and views for recorded (our recorded attendance numbers are: ~7.140 views). We felt we could not accurately count individuals for live programs for some of these reasons: people didn't put their camera on, several individuals would be listening in (whether on screen or off, even if one person registered).
- We were able to hold some in-person programs on our site (safely) in the fall, so wasn't able to start really focusing on adult virtual program until December 2020. We just launched a new (currently virtual) adult series that will be continuing monthly all next year.
- Our virtual programs included 2 live virtual events, recorded and live education programs, and an adult collections exploration series (launched in December)
- Email me education@auburnheights.org for any follow-up or questions!
