Kaitlin Phillips

Association Administrator

As the Association Administrator, Kaitlin maintains a growing member and donor database, acts as the first point of contact for communication with the MANY office, works closely with the Board of Directors, and oversees accounts payable and receivable, and grant administration. She also produces and tracks member correspondence and donor acknowledgements for over 700 paid members from museums, cultural organizations, and industry partners across the state. 

Kaitlin has been with the non profit sector for nearly a decade. She previously worked as the Development Associate at the Mark Twain House and Museum, where she maintained the donor and membership databases.  Prior to that, she served three terms of the Americorps, being stationed in various sites across the country such as Maine, Vermont, and Alaska.

Kaitlin has two bachelor's degrees from Green Mountain College, and a Masters Degree in Museum Studies from Marist College.
