Under her direction, the Museum has been awarded major support from the Art Bridges Foundation, founded by American philanthropist Alice Walton, the Eugene M. Lang Foundation, the Mellon Foundation, and Bloomberg Philanthropies. Previously, Turchinsky worked for nineteen years at The Metropolitan Museum of Art as an award-winning media director, producer, and delegate to the Board of Trustees. She currently serves on ArtTable’s national Board of Directors, championing women in the arts, the Board of Nonprofit Westchester, the Yonkers Workforce Development Board, and is an elected member of the Association of Art Museum Directors (AAMD). 914Inc.
